Kim & Andy Barone

Kim and Andy bring decades of expertise from a diversity of equestrian sports to the Wellington area. Their own competitive success, as well as that of their clients, makes them stand out in any crowd.

After building one of the largest, most successful equestrian businesses in Minnesota--including breeding, importing, and selling many top horses--they relocated to South Florida to work with hunter, equitation, and jumper riders in the heart of the horse showing world.

For many years, Raven Ridge clients have appreciated the straightforward approach the Barones bring to horse management and competing. Whether they are riding owners’ horses to victory in any ring or coaching their students to their maximum potential, Kim and Andy’s open and encouraging attitude is what prompted students to follow them to Florida from Minnesota and stay with them in this competitive environment.

Riders with positive attitudes and a desire to learn will feel right at home at Raven Ridge. Kim and Andy are brilliant at figuring out what each horse and rider needs to be happy, confident, and successful in their chosen discipline and pride themselves on individualized horse care.

This approach means that riders will become better horse people through their work with Kim and Andy. Not only do they learn training techniques suited for their own horses to get the most out of them, but they are also continually kept in the loop and educated on the day-to-day management and maintenance of their beloved horses in the barn.

Kim and Andy have backgrounds in Grand Prix show jumping, hunter derbies, and equitation. They bring a depth of equestrian knowledge and Midwestern values to the South Florida scene. Get in touch today to chat about how they can help you achieve your dreams.
