The stall barn includes 35  12 x 12 stalls with 14' aisles
6 groom stalls
2 indoor wash racks
1 outdoor wash rack
2 separate tack rooms for owners
1 feed stall

   

Indoor arena is 80' x 196'
Heated and insulated with attached viewing area

The outdoor arena is 150' x 300' Jumping arena with all weather footing including drain tiling

     

 

The lounge and tack room include;
